Whatever were promised at the time of booking, everything was available. Room was fully furnished as stated, neat and clean and tidy. Self check in was also smooth. In my room, there is a refrigerator and microwave and toaster. It made the life quite easy for me. We cooked our food in the kitchen and it was also having essential cooking utensils and cutlery etc...hot and warm water was always available in kitchen and bathroom. Room was also pretty war, .Overall, a perfect value for your money. Thanks to the Lucy and their team. Regards

Box Hill was central and easy to get around.

Box Hill was central and easy to get around. The train station was close by and free every weekend in December and January to anywhere on the line. Mall had all we needed and the restaurant BBQ K in the hotel served a delicious meal with friendly staff.

Box Hill is not a touristy place but more like if you don't...

Box Hill is not a touristy place but more like if you don't like the busy city vibe while everything is still in reach (e.g. food and groceries). Most of food and groceries are Asian-centric but you can still buy mainstream stuff from the shopping centre. If you can't find anything to kill time, Box Hill Gardens is good time keep in touch with the grass and do jogging. Getting to city is good by train (but I never get to do that this time, just being unlucky). Otherwise you can take the tram, but it's an hour away to the city.

Overnight stop for mostly working people and people visiting people in the Box Hill Hospital Carpark was enclosed and quiet to the traffic. The pool and spa looked great. I paid $116 Black Friday sale which I felt was a bit expensive the normal price is $160 per night. The cigarette burns on the couch cushions would prevent me going back. Room 65 upstairs Staff were polite and efficient. They do take a copy of your credit card even when prepaid on booking.com 7/10

The accommodation was dangerous despite their denials.

The accommodation was dangerous despite their denials. Extension leads and power packs strung across the bathroom floor (a wet area) from the only power outlet located in the bathroom. Free parkinfg was actually local council paid parking. TV did not work. I have referred this accommodation to ACCC and with their help to other relevant authorities. Booking .com not helpful despite claiming to have 'escalated my complaint.

Box Hill is very convenient location. Its close to the train station hub. It has a big park with a sizable children playground. There are a lot of asian restaurants to choose from and a number of grocery shops.

There was a supermarket nearby and a fresh produce market and a big selection of variety shops, and professional suites with dental and medical staff and pharmacies and hairdressers and a Time Zone, Game Zone and a public pool in Canterbury Road, too. There is also a big shopping centre called Westfield Doncaster, in the next suburb which has over 400 stores and services

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in early when our circumstances changed and pay the additional amount for a very late checkout. Carparking and lift access was excellent and made it very easy for us. A short walk to Box Hill Central and great shops.
