Our flights from the UK had been changed at the last minute and we arrived at 9.30am instead of the afternoon. We obviously requested if there was any opportunity of checking into our room earlier than the 2pm check in, it would be a great help considering we had our two sons aged 8 & 7 with us. Despite the hotel being fully booked the night before, we were offered use of the pool facilities until our room was made available only a couple of hours later. At no time did anything seem an inconvenience and due to this outstanding customer service, we had the most wonderful stay in Brisbane.

At the meeting point of Australia’s Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast, laidback Brisbane is spread around the meandering river running through it. The river’s arty South Bank is home to Australia’s largest modern art gallery, tranquil gardens and an artificial beach.
