Loved the power of the shower, The bathroom is a little smaller than I'm used to (I live in the USA) everything is bigger. The staff in the Bar were very friendly, the Reception very friendly, and the room maid allowed us a little longer to get ready as we were going to DonnyBrook for a wedding.
Bunbery was a lovely place. A truly great experience
and the gentleman in the liquor store was very helpful, kept us chatting for a while again lovely person.

Last minute booking which turned out to be a pub. Arrived after reception closed, bar staff helped contact reception. Room was large, upstairs. Bed was large and comfortable. Shower was excellent.
10 pc off pub meals, except for nightly specials.
Even though it was busy in the pub it was very quiet.

Didn't eat breakfast at the resort. We ate dinner & it wasn't great. The lamb shanks were awful. The cocktails were nice & the service was friendly & accomodating.

Several people tried to talk me out of visiting Bunbury as it has a reputation as having a lot of homeless people and drug abuse. The streets are crowded with discarded trash and furniture. However, there is a beautiful beach which wasn't crowded.

Bunbury is a beautiful seaside town with accessible beaches that go on forever. Try bodysurfing at the lighthouse beach. The Bunbury Farmers Market is open 7 days a week and is a must stop for everything local - produce, meat, baked goods, cheese ….. The town is clean with every type of store you would need for supplies. Don’t miss the Dolphin Discovery Centre. I loved this place.

Bunbury is our regular holiday destination when we dont want to drive too far, but we know that we can relax and take in the beautuful beach views every time we holiday there. It is the centre of everything down South with just a short drive to Busselton, Margaret River or Dunsborough. It never disappoints and the weather is perfect in summer for swimming at the beach. Koombanna bay being our absolute fave for families. There is also plenty of places to eat right at your doorstep to choose from, including the new 'Froth Bunbrewery' yummy and of course lots of wineries to visit :-)

liked that small business are in the city centre, restaurants, cafes & not franchises such as McDonald's, hungry jacks etc
The bean & cone is a must visit for all. awesome range of icecream, sorbets for all dietary requirements, seating outside - same as Perth prices, staff lovely too.
The Lord Forrester is a family orientated hotel, the pool is great, food excellent, the staff were great, they included our great grandaughter Jennifer into the conversation, attention to detail was obvious, eg Jennifer had a swan on the front of her jumper, when I ordered coffee they formed a swan with the milk on top of the coffee, whoops of delight all round.
These are the little things that make a holiday great.
Room is clean & spacious, better than a previous stay when I had a room without external windows.
Great location for a couple of waterfront restaurants, which are needed sometimes, especially when the hotel restaurant is treated by some guests as if it is their lounge at home & they start having loud Zoom calls with family at home or start playing their own music at their table.
Clean,,modern motel room, bed was very comfy. Free parking a huge plus, very friendly lady in reception. We ate at the Hotel, delicious, and great decor maintaining the history. Great location for walking to town activities.
Lovely Bar and Food area. Food was delicious and they were good sized portions. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel recommended the Townhouse for breakfast and it did not disappoint. A Great Overnight Stay.
