How clean, welcoming, comfortable and helpful the owners were when battling the door and also so lovely to understand getting 4 autistic kids up and ready when sleeping in was hard and allowed us no problem to check out a bit later, we will definitely be coming back hopefully for a longer stay next time

The Sundowner Hotel Motel is an excellent place to stay as it has ease of access to everything They have the best linen and the beds are very comfortable. I would always book this motel . The hotel and bistro next door has the best food on offer and there are pokies for those who do wish to have a flutter. Staff are very friendly and more than helpful. If you want MacDonald's or a small shopping precinct close by they are all right next door.

Caboolture has basic services but a great hospital.

Caboolture has basic services but a great hospital. It was close to where we wanted to be. Easy access to the D’Aguilar National Park, small towns such as Woodford, Bribie Island and the Bruce Highway.

Caboolture is a lovely area and we only stayed for the weekend, but we are very interested in staying in the area longer next time for a holiday. There were many beautiful parklands around where we stayed and easily accessible shops and facilities within the area too.

A great location , it has everything you need if visiting...

A great location , it has everything you need if visiting Caboolture. The Australian zoo was a short scenic drive away. Shopping is easily accessible with plenty of underground parking around. The train is great and so handy, 50 cents to train into Brisbane & back! Trains seem to run often which is great.

The room was clean and comfortable and well maintained. Short walk to the town and places to eat. And about 5 minutes drive to a shopping centre. A few minutes drive up the road to the motorway if travelling further afield.

Caboolture is very big and we needed GPS to find our way...

Caboolture is very big and we needed GPS to find our way around. We went to Morayfield Shopping Centre for all of our shopping and The Coffee Club often. We went to the AM Cafe in Bellmere twice for breakfast & were very impressed with the menu variety & helpful staff. We visited the Caboolture Historic Village & were very impressed with all on display. You need a full day to see all exhibits.

I just needed a quiet, comfortable place to stay for 1 night to attend a family event in Caboolture. This motel was located close to the home I was attending and close to the centre of town. It was very clean, had good air on, TV and streaming services and the price was very reasonable. Exceeded my expectations.

I was completely surprised by this motel and I should not have been if you read some of the other reviews. It is in a central location and the staff are great. The rooms are amazing. Excellent carparks outside your room. A really well designed hotel footprint.

It was a great stop over as we were heading to Fraser Island. The conveyance of the hotel for dinner and drinks. I also left my pillows in the room and the staff set them aside and was able to pick up on my way home.
