Loved the shopping area, no big department stores or shopping malls. The restaurant catered for every taste. The beach was heaven with little sand banks for children to enjoy themselves on. Everything is in walking distance.
Great weather. Great walking facilities Did not like the parking meters - dont know how to use them. REMOVE the parking meters. Have more parking along the shops. Difficult to get parking on the roads by the shops.
This place is so beautiful. Family friendly, beachy vibes even in winter! Lots of families out enjoying the beachfront facilities. Live music, markets, friendly people. Central to attractions like Aussie world, Sea Life and Australia Zoo. We would have loved to stay longer. Will defiantly be coming back when the weather is warmer.
We only had two nights for a quick family catch up. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fab location with cafes and restaurants virtually across the road and stunning views. Can’t wait to go back again. Not too hectic at this time of year.
I love CALOUNDRA as there are lovely walking tracks along the Coastline! Enjoy a Cruise on PumiceStone Passage. Good Restraunt’s & Cafe’s to choose from. Good public Bus Service, Servicing the Coast... Leave the car parked at your Accommodation & travel by Public Transport. Plenty to see & do within an hour or two by Public Transport. Or if you prefer many lovely Drives.
An absolutely beautiful place, fabulous beaches, coffee shops, restaurants & bars. Quiet if you want if that way & bustling if you like . A bit hilly if you struggle walking, but that’s great if you want a work out
I liked the access to the pool and Chill89 cafe. We stayed on level 2 and it was a lovely view from our room to the waterfront across the road, the pool and the gardens. The gardens were kept very nicely which I loved. I loved the different pool options. The toddler pool was great for my little boy and the bigger pool was great for my older child. The warm spa was great for parents. Location to the beach was great for a quick walk and play on the beach in the late afternoon to watch the sunset.
Loved my room (1brm apartment) which was super spacious!!! Was really impressed how it was furnished & all the inclusions in the room making it so self contained. Magnificent view & great pool!! Fantastic location being on the waterfront & some great eating places within walking distance. Great value for money. Had previously stayed in a 1brm apartment in another hotel close by, similar price but other hotel room was a third of the size.
We stayed for the Caloundra Music Festival, the first weekend in October. So close to Kings Beach & all it has to offer. Quick 5 Min walk. Beds were so comfy to collapse into after a long day, felt like we just melted into them & the pillows. Loved the apartment, fully self contained, washing machine/dryer. It was just perfect for what we needed. Staff were so friendly. Undercover parking. We are booking again for next year.
The view was fantastic. The location was great we could completely chill out. Breakfast was a bonus and very adequate, two cafes right at the resort, surf club and Kings Beach hotel within walking distance. Beach right opposite. Everything was exceptional the room with sea view from the bed, the staff all very helpful. Clean and tidy. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
Refer to my Google review and photos. (John Westwood) Your Hotel met our expectations on what has become an annual Christmas migration. We love the elevated views, the higher the better, as we are avid ocean watchers. Caloundra has been our destination of choice for over 30 years, initially starting at Pacific View Time Share and I don't see that changing in the future.
Location is perfect. Walking distance to Bulcock Beach and Golden Beach. Guzman Y Gomez and Woolworths is next door to the complex. Walking distance (approx 5-10 min ) to main street of Caloundra. Reception staff are always friendly and very accommodating. We always stay here when coming to Caloundra for a short stay.
We had a family holiday here and our 2 year old absolutely loved the water park, playground, jumping balloon and mini golf. Endless entertainment if you’re looking for a kid friendly place to stay. Great location, easy walk to Golden beach and Caloundra centre. Good sized room, very comfy beds and pillows!
The hotel was brilliant, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Location is excellent - near the beach, shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Facilities were first-class. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely return.
The location was good and what we needed for the weekend and while was a little over our price range it was still the cheapest option. The rooms were a really good size and many facilities like a dishwasher etc.
Great location. Older style apartments but comfortable. Good value for money on the beach at Kings Beach. Park your car & walk to the beach, food, drinks, the Surf Club.
View from living area sensational! Across from Kings beach and patrolled beachfront!Prop Mgrs so friendly! Happy for early checkin! Can’t wait to stay again!
Central location near Kings Beach. Good walking trails. Air conditioned unit. Nice place to come back and visit. Family friendly area.
Great location with a lovely view. Easy walk to Caloundra centre and access to a number of shops close by. Room and facilities good.
Friendly and helpful check in and check out. Great location, close to centre of Caloundra as well as beach (walking distance)
Maybe wrong time of the year to visit as many shops around the hotel were closed.
Awesome price. Perfect size room. Close to everything.
