Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, fridge, freezer, aircon all provided.
Very secure. Very comfortable.
Parking at the front of the property.
Staff were very helpful.
Outdoor kitchen looked clean and well kept although we did not use it.
Would recommend :)

It's a lovely beach but I think as with most beaches around...
It's a lovely beach but I think as with most beaches around here you have to think twice about when and where you swim. I did see some people swimming but if you walked to the nearby Palm Cove there was a netted off area for swimming with lifeguard supervision.
The area is well serviced by a shopping center which will have all your essentials.
There was a nice restaurant nearby called the big chill as well as a cafe called the Chill beach which opened early for sunrises.
It was nice to wander easily north to Palm Cove or south to Kewarra beach. I like nature so seeing all the birdlife and wild wallabies was a nice touch.
If you don't want to use a car there is a bus service which had departing buses every 30 mins between palm cove and Cairns. If you want shopping Smithfield has a large mall and isn't far away.
The area is also really handy for visiting Northern areas like Daintree as well as going East toward Kuranda or Mareeba.

Clifton Beach was central to our sightseeing.
Clifton Beach was central to our sightseeing. The shopping Centre was close enough to walk to from where we stayed but small. In saying that, it had a Coles, reject shop, bakery, butcher, Dominos and a few small select shops. Petrol station on the corner of shopping Centre which was convenient. As we were a family of older people, it suited us.

Our accommodation at Clifton Beach was a great spot, the beach was very quiet with shady trees, a 10 minute walk to the local shops and a 20 minute walk to Palm Cove which is very busy with tourists but has plenty of places to dine, Nu Nu, Choc Dee Thai, Garage, La Mesa, Rattle n Hum, El Greko Greek, and more.

The beautiful breeze was lovely whenever I sat on a comfortable seat on the grass near the beach...
We thought the views were amazing in every way we turned on the walkway across the road from the Agincourt Beachfont...We will be returning. It will most likely be in the winter though, as humidity is very high
in the summer for us, as a couple from the central coast, in N.S.W. Thank you!
It is close enough for a drive to Cairns, Port Douglas and other beautiful spots.

Clifton Beach is a quiet lovely beach with an excellent shady path to allow walking amongst the trees.
Unfortunately there was only one restaurant/cafe but given the proximity to Palm Cove and Trinity beach this was not a drawback.

Pretty quiet, my kind of place, yet close to everything I need, restaurants, the Italian is great,Trinity Beach Sports Club, supermarket. The beach is just down the road. Unfortunately some knob is building a multi story apartment block, not required in this quiet backwater and too many already. Palm Cove is for the rage all night spew all day set.

The B&B is located in paradise! Just a quick walk to the beach, short drives to Cairns, Palm Cove, and other attractions. The place itself is very quiet and peaceful. The hosts Maz and Alan were so attentive, and we could not have wished for a better breakfast. Maz serves yoghurt with fresh tropical fruits, a variety of cereal, and always something freshly baked - vegan as well! I would 100% recommend everyone to stay here and would come back anytime. Thank you, Maz and Alan, again for hosting us!
