Staff we're fantastic to us and our children.

Great location. Beautiful room extremely comfortable bed. Spa and Swimming pool clean and very inviting.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff from front desk to kitchen to housekeeping just made you feel at home. You could just feel comfortable staying at such hotels with the staff - less stressful and less worries.

Close to walking distance to all amenities and attractions

Accesible to everything! Shopping, food etc.

The property was real value for money. The room was spotless. The location was 5 min walk from Westfield and shops. The staff were super friendly and helpful. As we were there a day after Christmas, they gave our daughter a Lego gift which was really special!

I liked everything about this property! Perfect location, lovely staff! And above all it was clean! Hands down the cleanest hotel in all of Parramatta! I won’t mention names but I’ve stayed at one directly behind it and I’ve stayed at one around the corner not too far from it, so trust me when I say this - this hotel was exceptional!

Room was lovely warm and clean. Shower was epic. Great value and location.

Really satisfied with my stay here. They allowed me earlier check in which i really need after my 8 hours flight. The staffs from check in until check out process are all exceptional. Will definetely stay here again if im visiting this area in future. A very good location for stay if you are attending any event in Accord stadium or Qudos Bank Arena since they are literally within minutes walkable distance.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The receptionist who greeted us upon arrival was extremely professional, welcoming, and supportive. She made the check-in process smooth and comfortable, and we truly appreciate her kindness and assistance. There are honestly not enough words to thank her for her excellent service. I would also like to sincerely thank the other staff at reception who were very attentive and caring when I accidentally cut my finger. They promptly provided cream and a bandage and their quick support and concern meant a lot to us. Additionally, the gentleman who assisted us during check-out was equally helpful and courteous. He ensured everything was handled efficiently and made our departure just as pleasant as our arrival. Thank you to the entire team for delivering outstanding customer service. It truly made our stay more comfortable and memorable.
