The Time and Tide Hotel Motel offers accomodation in the Dee Why and Collaroy area. The motel has a childrens' playgroud and terrace. Guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. It was close to where we had to go during our two day stay , friendly staff, clean rooms - lunch and tea was available at venue and was good,
Located in Narrabeen, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Narrabeen Sands Hotel by Nightcap Plus is only 12 mi from Sydney city center. All rooms feature a private balcony and some boast ocean views. Lovely rooms! Great food! Can’t fault the hotel at all!
Located in Deewhy, Bushwalk To The Beach From A Tranquil Apartment features accommodations with a balcony and free WiFi. The apartment is less than 0.6 mi from Dee Why Beach. The walk between the accommodation and the beach was lovely. The beds were also surprisingly comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked to allow for cooking and supporting an entire family if need be.
Just a minute’s walk from Narrabeen Beach, Narrabeen Beachside Townhouse is a refurbished 2-bedroom, self-contained property with European inspired decor. A cosy street level apartment. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Great location - close to shops, beach and lagoon. Convenient street parking. Stayed for a long weekend but could have stayed for a week.
I had lunch at long reef golf club, 2 minutes up the road from the hotel. Grate view of the coast and beach. Nice food. I had dinner at time and tide hotel. Good food nice atmosphere. Easy to find places to go and enjoy.
Unfortunately we did not like the traffic, the lack of parking, the noise and the crowds. For those reasons the Time and Tide Hotel was in a good location for us. We were unable to get into some Cafes because of the crowds so resorted to clubs. We did find the clubs (Dee Why and Avalon) less crowded and they had good restaurants. As an older couple we weren't impressed with Collaroy but younger people would probably think it is ok.
Probably not enough space here to list the lot, but. Floor has lifter in front of the bathroom with jagged edges which would have cut feet. Through a towel over that. Rubbish under the vanity if you could call it that. Had not been cleaned for months. Vanity was so small it was almost impossible to brush your teeth in it.. Shower was reasonable. Ill fitting blinds and could not keep the outside light from shining on the bed. Noisy. Watched a TV show the following night about prisons and they had better rooms. I guess for drunks coming out of the pub on a Saturday night it would be adequate. Our dog kennel is better appointed.
