AustraliaThe location was excellent. Less than 5 minutes to a coffee shop and beach. SIL has thought of every little thing. In the kitchen salt, coffee, cling wrap among them. The bathroom is stocked with all the necessary things too, a decent hairdryer, soap, shampoo conditioner all there. The tropical garden is welcoming. Off street parking was a bonus!

Trains and buses make connections to other areas so easy and comfortable. Courteous staff in business establishments and smiling locals a delight. Cleanliness around Cronulla is obviously important to all concerned. Easy to recommend visitors.

Cronulla has become more cosmopolitan over the years.
Cronulla has become more cosmopolitan over the years. There are now many good restaurants to choose from. The beach scene remains great and it is hard to beat the coastal walk along the Esplanade from South Cronulla beach to the Bass and Flinders memorial, now extended with a new boardwalk almost to Gunnamatta Bay.

To be honest, I don't really visit as a tourist, I visit as a mum to spend time with my son and daughter in law. I come for 3 weeks at a time.
We don't tend to do much, which is my choice. However, there is plenty of things to do. The beach is right across the road from the hotel and there are plenty of places to eat or have a coffee.
Cronulla has a lovely atmosphere. The people are very friendly. I love coming here.
The places I particularly enjoy eating at are Northies and the RSL which overlooks the beach. Both really lovely atmosphere and great food.
The train and bus services are, I believe, very good.

We picked Cronulla to stay as it was close to the family we were visiting but were pleasantly surprised by what we found. Great beaches, mall and shop with a train station to take us to Sydney if needed.
It is not a place I would have picked to visit on the map but I have since changed my mind and it is a great friendly place to visit

What a bustling beach community.
What a bustling beach community. So much available to do, beaches, restaurants, cafes and bars are plentiful. An awesome mall and did I mention the beach!! A really nice esplanade to walk along too.
With all that's available and how busy it is, Cronulla still maintains a small beach town vibe about it, friendly and relaxing. Loved it. Retirement location in planning.

I was on a trip to visit relatives who live close by and to attend an event in the city. It was just an overnight stay and just adequate for my needs.
Cronulla is a really beautiful place to visit and this Cronulla Motel could and should be upgraded to a standard for the area. I have stayed at Motels right in Sydney for $130 with much better facilities even though only classed as 3 Stars. Cronulla Motel is a disgrace and except for clean linen it needs an inspection of Occupational Health and Safety as it would not pass in its current state of cleanliness or facilities. It was not only disappointing it was a rip off.

The room, was nice, there was a bar smoking area on the bottom floor which got loud. But we had view of the ocean. The room was good size. And free parking was nice. Easy to access. Many restaurants around us. And a cinema across the road. And a hotel downstairs. They made you feel important.

It was only a 5minute walk into Cronulla from the apartment to have a meal or coffee. We were able to shop for bread etc at the local IGA, not forgetting the wonderful bakeries too. The bars & restaurants offer both fine dining & relaxed atmospheres. We loved Cronulla!

The apartment was so lovely and clean. Great facilities and extras. Excellent location, a quick and easy wall to Cronulla, beaches and transport. Everything we needed was there and we were extremely comfortable.
