Friendly staff. Holley at Reception was very welcoming. Although Check-in was at 3pm, as we had informed we would be arriving at ard 11am, Holley got a room ready for us to check-in early and enjoy the resort facilities. Welcome drink was tasty and my kid enjoyed the welcoming experience. Pool and salt water lagoon was the highlight of the stay. Excellent spread for buffet breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here again.

The location is great, it is a high end district. I liked to walk around and the hotel is connect to a shopping mall which is very convenient. Bed and room furniture is good.

Was upgraded for free to a 1 bedroom + studio apartment (2 queen beds). It was very clean and spacious. The shower had good pressure and I was shocked that they had a full kitchen chen. They let me check-in after 10pm, just needed to call ahead of arrival

This has to be the best accommodation in Australia. It is an amazing apartment. Loads of room and a variety of amenities. Really can’t praise it highly enough. Fantastic location, mind blowing views from the balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed and the free (and very safe) parking a huge bonus. The carton of milk left in the fridge along with the dish of mints were very thoughtful and very much appreciated. Great contact from the owners with very clear instructions. It really is a gem of a place and I’m only sorry we only had one night here.

Location was perfect! Pool and spa lovely temperature. Air con in living area worked great. Very affordable and had most things we needed. Easy late check in arranged and early check out easy. Having free undercover parking was great.

Everything. Receptionist upgraded our room due to a booking error on their side, the Room was fantastic. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Prime location, easy walk to the beach, access to the hottest clubs very nearby, restaurants, the pool.
