Good location close to the wildlife sanctuary and the airport, staff is very friendly, was allowed to leave my luggage there before check in. Rooms are cozy but functional, quiet at night. Was a good value for the price. Wifi worked well.

The room was “ over the top”, the detail you put in every aspect, was remarkable. Love the cotton sheets! Bathroom was the best! Especially the oval tub! The staff are all so well trained & elegant! Thank yiu

Everything ! Lovely room , great customer service . The guy that checked me in at the desk was so lovely. I am so used to unfriendly people at nice hotels. He made my experience so nice. I did not catch his name, but he was Asian. The next morning, my daughter and I (my daughter is special needs and in a wheelchair) we were waiting for my husband to pick us up at the front. He walked by and asked us how we were and he had a little packet of dried mango(done by the hotel chef ) for my daughter. It was so thoughtful, and the mango was amazing. Next time we are at the Sofitel, we are going to try to get our hands on this mango . This gentleman is an asset to the Sofitel.

travelled for work so undercover parking for my car was essential especially with the recent storms. Very convenient and quieter location.

Location was great for an easy walk to the beach and the view was fantastic. Vivienne was a great hostess and the little touches in the room made it a great stay. Very comfortable bed.

This has to be the best accommodation in Australia. It is an amazing apartment. Loads of room and a variety of amenities. Really can’t praise it highly enough. Fantastic location, mind blowing views from the balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed and the free (and very safe) parking a huge bonus. The carton of milk left in the fridge along with the dish of mints were very thoughtful and very much appreciated. Great contact from the owners with very clear instructions. It really is a gem of a place and I’m only sorry we only had one night here.

Location was perfect! Pool and spa lovely temperature. Air con in living area worked great. Very affordable and had most things we needed. Easy late check in arranged and early check out easy. Having free undercover parking was great.

The rooms were absolutely beautiful, super comfortable beds and nice big tv. View of the city was lovely. Spa and pool was a nice treat to come back to after dinner. Super close to everything and food and drinks just downstairs..
