The unit was well set out with everything needed for a short stay. No issues with cleanliness and comfort, so we will definitely be staying again in the future.

AustraliaStayed here twice now and both times everything was perfect. totally faultless from start to finish. Would not stay anywhere else in Goulburn. Bonus is I'm an early riser and the bakehouse is open from 5:30 on Sundays. Love it.

Goulburn is a lovely historic place to stay with lots of dining options in the area. Museums were not open during our stay which was disappointing. As our stay was short, and we were unable to visit the wineries and discover more things to do in Goulburn. We would have loved to visit the Big Merino and all the other attractions if time permitted. We will definitely visit Goulburn again and stay a little longer.

they have all the amenities you need for a town; a good hospital, schools, restaurants, parks, supermarkets, parks, tourist sites, pubs, coffee shops, retail shops, etc. i just miss the chinese restaurants named emperor and lotus which were no longer operational. goulburn must take good care of these restaurants who already made its name in goulburn.

I would like to rate The Bakehouse Motel as an honest good value
country motel. I understand the motel is currently renovating it's
rooms and ours was absolutely fantastic. Bathroom was just
beautiful.
Staff are most courteous and helpful.
After leaving Goulburn we stayed in Sydney for 6 nights and our small apartment was extremely poor and I am disgusted that companies advertise and offer these rooms to overseas visitors. What may these tourists think of our country?
A plus for The Bakehouse is the bakery - always a great breakfast.

Great little local town.
Great little local town. Excellent seeing locomotive steam trains the lovely man Denis and his assistant Amelia were excellent telling us the history of all trains I recommend to anyone to go and see. The brewery restaurant excellent and exceptional service was fantastic.

We timed our visit to take in both the SteamPunk Festival on the Saturday and the Spring Gardens Festival. Both we enjoyed. Loved the historical buildings everywhere. Especially loved the Council gardens in the Memorial park.

The beautiful buildings and architecture are a lovely thing to see. The history of Goulburn and surrounds is rich and very interesting. We favoured the Goulburn Workers Club for our meals, lovely food, good variety.

The location was excellent. The room was modern, very clean and spacious. Short walk to the hotel bistro. We enjoyed a drink in the cosy sitting area in front of the gas fire. Our food was very good.

Affordable, clean, terrific location - and the property itself has a lot of charm. A short 5-10 minute walk to the main drag of Goulburn. Very quiet location, felt safe the entire time.
