Anne and David were a delight. It was a wonderful stay at thier place. Our plans didn't go as per the plan due to bad weather but their place was so lovely that we still had a great time. Would love to come back and stay with them 😊

This was absolutely the highlight of our road trip. Terry is the sweetest ever and her positive energy was infectious!! Her dinner was DELICIOUS as was breakfast. You can clearly tell how much both of them love the land and BB and spotless clean. Still wondering how they do it all themselves and maintain the level of quality! Spotted koala's too!

This place is a little gem in a country town. It exceeded our expectations on the size, cleanliness and how nice the room was. The shower was amazing and the bathroom in general had enough space to get hair done for a wedding. We enjoyed the facilities in the room except for when we got take out and realized there was no cutlery 🍴. We had to go back to the restaurant to get some because reception at the motor inn was closed.

I love that the rooms had a lot of space, loved that the aircon was so cold during the heat, there's was a minifridge for the kids snacks and drinks, it was very clean beds made to perfection. As soon as I walked in it smelled so clean! Booking was under my partners name Cody Byrnes and the receptionist at the time was very informative kind and happy to help. She offered us 2 $10 vouchers for the restaurant and even recommended dishes that our little ones would like if we decided to order room service. She was super helpful even when she had her hands full.

Grafton is a friendly cathedral city sitting astride possibly the most beautiful river in the country. The town is littered with well preserved old Queenslander type homes and the local council has done a good job beautifying the main shopping precinct. There isn't a lot to do in Grafton unless you can utilize the river however it is central to some of the coasts most amazing beaches, bush trails and mountain trips. This is not a" high octane" travel destination. A small step into the more recent past.

Relaxed town with a variety of restaurants. Favourite cafe there is Heart and Soul serving gourmet breakfasts that you won't find anywhere else, not just Grafton. Food prices reasonable. Locals are friendly and relaxed. No traffic lights there.

We were there during the Jacaranda Festival, which was fun. It is a nice old town to walk around and relax. We spent the whole weekend walking and taking in the sites and the town. Lots of pubs to eat and drink at.

Found a great locally owned pizza place down near the library in a shopping mall. Getting around Grafton is easy as it is flat. Nice views of the river from the river walk and the parks situated along the river.

We stayed in the pink cottage out the back that's been converted. Two bedrooms, Queen in one and single in the other. It was great! Quiet and away from the main road. Short stroll to the main street to get breakfast. Central to everything and in walking distance of shops in Grafton. The bed was a little hard but ok. Air-conditioning in both rooms was great after a day in a hot basketball stadium. Pool was great too!

It was my first time staying at the Fitzroy motel Arrived & greeted by friendly staff at reception. The room didn't disappoint me either. The room was clean, comfortable & quiet, all that I needed for my one night stay. Also very conveniently located close to tbe main shopping area and also close to the function I was attending while in Grafton. Will definitely stay at the Fitzroy again when travelling to Grafton
