Set in central Kiama, Bellevue Accommodations is just 984 feet from the main street and a 2953 foot walk from Kiama Blowhole. The beach is just 656 feet from the property. The manager of the property was super and came to the accomodation to let us in because they were having trouble with people pirating the access codes. But at first she wasn't there and we didn't know what to do but then met her outside on the sidewalk as she came looking for us. I don't think texting the door codes to people is a good idea.

I lived in Kiama over 30 years ago (regularly visit these days) and it’s so heartwarming to see that very little has changed. It still has a small town feel. Warm, friendly people. Great variety of eating venues and specialty stores. There’s always the blowhole that has to be seen - you never tire of that. Although currently under renovation, there is Woolworths a block out of town. It is well stocked with a liquor outlet next door. If you don’t have transport, you can can everything you need within walking distance, including the train station. Gotta love Kiama. 🥰
Kiama is a great holiday location with a variety of accommodation preferences. Parking in the main street is at a premium though most of the signs show 1/2 Hour limits, we never saw anyone get booked for staying longer. Towns people are friendly and so were a lot of fellow travellers that we met along the way.
I found Motel 617 ideal for my stay over a very busy Christmas period of five days as a solo traveller. It was clean, comfortable, good value and the staff very friendly. I found it perfect for my needs with my being able to walk to my destinations to family on Kaleula Headland and also to the town centre. Restaurants were very handy for a solo traveller who likes to walk, and only for a 15 minute walk to each. I loved that there was a convenience store just one block up the road within five minutes of walking, with all the supplies needed and a lovely fish shop with salads and also a pizza house, plus a bottle shop. It was close to the Surf Beach and Kendalls Beach. I would certainly want to stay there again.
Spectacular views and plenty of walking tracks along the coastline. Very relaxing holiday and great to experience where the country meets the seaside. Plenty of good options to eat and centrally located.
Kiama is a nice place to stay. Area in very pretty area, people are friendly beaches nice, close to other areas of interest. Finding a restaurant of taste difficult on Monday and Tuesday evenings but the ones which are open have nice meals. We would stay at kiama again. Blow hole worth a watch, especially when sea is rough. Zias Italian restaurant has huge well cooked dishes but best book. Interesting breakfast shops in Collins Street. Kiama thai very busy on Wednesday night. Icecream shops good
Kiama has always been a favourite holiday destination with the town centre not changing much over the years. Ideal location to explore other parts of the NSW south coast, including the hinterland. And it only takes around 2 hours to reach by car from Sydney. Highlights include the beaches, the rich green slopes and the various other interesting towns and villages to explore within an easy drive - Gerroa, Gerringong, Berry, Kangaroo Valley, Minnamurra Falls, etc. The growth in the cafe society is evident throughout the village. The pubs are also welcoming.
We had a studio room with twin beds, it was very large. There was a kitchenette, however the fridge was not good as it was only for drinks. We had to ask for ice packs to be stored in the hotel kitchen, they were not totally frozen the next morning. A proper fridge in the room would be great. Bathroom spacious, quiet room overlooking the side street. Good to have an 11am check out. Good night sleep, convenient to cafe's and the heart of Kiama.

Renai was very accommodating with letting us check in early and the accommodation was comfortable and beautifully styled. We could see the gorgeous sunset over the ocean and little blow hole from the living room/kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped and she even had a bottle of wine in the fridge waiting for us. It was lovely that it was only a 4 minute walk to the little blow hole and to join the Kiama coastal walk.
The quiet location, and beautiful view of the Kiama lighhouse and sea, were an absolute highlight! Having a bottle of sparkling wine and cheese platter waiting for us on arrival was just delightful, and the accomodation provided eveything needed. Breakfast was especially generous. All of the small touches added up. Recommend to anyone needing a perfect city break! Thank you, Marilyn. Was a joy!

The house was in a great location, steps away from Kendall’s Beach and easy walking distance to Kiama via coastal track. The house was beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and the Kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, cookwear and utensils! Coffee machine was a bonus!
