Kiama has always been a favourite holiday destination with the town centre not changing much over the years. Ideal location to explore other parts of the NSW south coast, including the hinterland. And it only takes around 2 hours to reach by car from Sydney. Highlights include the beaches, the rich green slopes and the various other interesting towns and villages to explore within an easy drive - Gerroa, Gerringong, Berry, Kangaroo Valley, Minnamurra Falls, etc. The growth in the cafe society is evident throughout the village. The pubs are also welcoming.
Our stay at The Bellevue was amazing. Our apartment was absolutely beautiful, warm and very welcoming. Kiama did not disappoint even though it rained the whole time we were there. Dinner at The Blue Swimmer and Olive and Vine were exceptional. Definitely book The Bellevue again.
A wonderful holiday spot to relax by, no matter what you are into. There are beaches, cafes, sightseeing attractions etc, or you can just relax overlooking the great views. A short drive to Berry, another wonderful little town, is worth the effort. Minnumurra Falls just up the road is also worth a visit.
Kiama is a lovely quaint town, lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. Very close to beaches and the two blow holes, Great views, lovely green rolling hills country side. Golf courses, wineries lots of thing to visit. Great for a long weekend getaway fie couples or families
Kiama on a Saturday night was really bustling - people everywhere enjoying a warm summer night. Lots of cafes and bars and fun to stroll around. The beach and parks are attractive and the famous Blowhole gets lots of visitors although I'm not sure how often you see the blow. We didn't. There were lots of young families and the kids were having fun . It's a nice friendly place. Our top rated restaurant was good but not a top city standard, but was appropriate for a beach holiday town.
We've been coming to Kiama for over 20 years and love every visit. From staying beachfront to closer to shops and restaurants, we have had a totally relaxed trip every time. The main village remains as it always was with a few new shops popping up. The eateries have changed, a little more upmarket, Silica is awesome and 10kms out the road to Crooked River Winery. Diggies at the lighthouse provides fabulous food, coffee and views. Bombo clothing offers great classy gear as well. And last but most definitely not least, the seafood market at the wharf has the freshest oysters and prawns available, perfect for a picnic at the top of Surf Beach while watching Seals and Whales.

Renai was very accommodating with letting us check in early and the accommodation was comfortable and beautifully styled. We could see the gorgeous sunset over the ocean and little blow hole from the living room/kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped and she even had a bottle of wine in the fridge waiting for us. It was lovely that it was only a 4 minute walk to the little blow hole and to join the Kiama coastal walk.
Kiama
This is one of the best apartments I have stayed in. Location is central to restaurants and the beach is just a short walk. This location is perfect for younger families that need something for the little ones, with a great park and oval nearby. A quiet location, you can either spend the day in the room relaxing, or wondering around Kiama.
Kiama
Very conveniently located in Kiama to the shops, bws, restaurants and beaches. Quiet and spacious property Well appointed living area as well as very comfortable beds with extra quilts available if required. Living area upstairs makes the balcony a great spot for quiet drinks. Would highly recommend and would stay again.
The hotel has modern facilities which allow you to avoid contact even with reception. Your access key to the room/lift/parking is sent to your phone. Although the hotel doesn't have an electric vehicle charger, the staff allowed me to use one of the wall sockets on the parking to charge my Tesla.
Central No5 Luxury Apartment is a modern, clean luxury apartment, with high quality furnishings in a perfect location, 3 minutes walk from Kiama Centre. The owner was very accomodating and communication was prompt and positive. A perfect location and accomodation for Kiama and the surrounding areas.

This is an attractive property set in spacious gardens not far from the centre of town. It is easy to get to yet far enough away to be very quiet and restful.
The hotel is great - room size was awesome, the little balcony we had was also great. Fittings have been well maintained and the staff were super friendly.
Close to the heart of Kiama which met our needs and Nathan was very friendly throughout the stay as were his staff.

The colsness to Kiama
We stayed In a seabreeze spa villa in front of what I can only explain as a picture perfect view. The accommodation was exactly like the virtual tours, online check in and staff were super easy to deal with. Considering these difficult times they were strict yet fair which is commendable considering how busy they get. I was shocked with the level of cleanliness it was amazing, I even witnessed maintenance workers wiping down railings at 7.30am. The beach was beautiful, like a dream. Honestly I can go on and on we did not want to leave.
