Hong KongOur family had the pleasure of staying at The Willow Lodge in April 2026. The accommodation was exceptionally spacious and tastefully appointed, with every detail thoughtfully curated by Pete and Katrina. The panoramic views of the surrounding mountains were truly spectacular, and we thoroughly enjoyed the unique experience of meeting and feeding the farm’s animals including the cattle and the camels. Highly recommended.

Killarney is a lovely small town situated in the Scenic Rim...
Killarney is a lovely small town situated in the Scenic Rim region of South East Queensland, between Boonah and Warwick. There are beautiful waterfalls close by with fabulous photo opportunities. For those with 4WD vehicles, the Cambanoora Gorge drive is a nice day out, or a different way to come into or out of Killarney. The Gorge has 14 river crossings over the Condamine River, most very shallow with a rocky base, suitable for 4x4 and some higher clearance SUV vehicles. Queen Mary Falls, Browns Falls and Dagg Falls, along with Teviot Falls are located within a half hour's drive from Killarney. The Hotel public areas are small, but provide cold beverages and meals were available also.

We liked the green open spaces and the community.
We liked the green open spaces and the community. We liked the fresh air , no traffic and few people around. We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and we found it. The proximity to a National Park was a bonus.
