The Staff were friendly and helpful, checking in and out was quick and easy. The room was comfortable and the bed was like a cloud. Restaurant next door had pretty good dinner options and tasty 10/10.

We were pleasantly surprised by the standard if the room.
We were pleasantly surprised by the standard if the room. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was hot and strong, the presentation was very good. Although the motel is right next to the freeway our room was very quiet thanks to the double glazed windows. There is no lift to the upper level and there is no exhaust fan in the ensuite but otherwise we had no issues. We would stay there again if the occasion arose.JenniferAustralia - 8.0

Nice small town, food/dining options were superb. We went to Cheeky Chewies 3 times, their menu and kids room were both fantastic. Couta Fish and Chips have amazing potato cakes. Golden Sampans Chinese was fantastic too, the serves are generous, and the battered items like sweet and sour pork and honey chicken are only lightly coated and not heavy or greasy. Not a lot of entertainment options for children in the area, we had to walk 30 min to find the nearest playground. Train to the city took around 30min for a limited express, 50min for all stations.

Location is not near Melbourne CBD, but it's a perfect location for those who want to travel to Avalon airport and Great Ocean Road. Williams Landing Shopping Centre is just 2 minutes drive away from the house, so it's super convenient.

There was no lighting out the front of the building when...
There was no lighting out the front of the building when we arrived and with no name of business anywhere it was hard to guess where the apartment was. We did not realise that we needed to check our emails on landing from Christchurch, as this would have told us the keycode to get into the security box for our key. At a loss and with no answer from repeated calls to contact number, we booked into another accommodation for the night, where after we had paid and used the free wifi we found the keycode!!! Got into the apartment the next morning and nearly fell down the steps once you open the door into the apartment. No staff to help with dragging our heavy bags upstairs, no human contact at all. Bed was comfortable though. Disapointing, and wifi was unavailable even with code given.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome. This facility suited our needs as we didn’t have to drive anywhere once we arrived. Bistro meals were full of value and flavour. The specialty shops nearby were a great way to fill in a little time we had. Baltyk Deli had me transported back to Poland and I wish we had a similar shop near our home.MelAustralia
