Hunter Gateway Motel offers air-conditioned accommodations with flat-screen TV and free wired internet access. It features an outdoor swimming pool and free parking. This motel is like a four-star hotel. I cannot explain anything except the wifi low speed. The room is clean and comfortable. The wall window faces the yard, which makes the room bright.

At Old Maitland Inn, guests enjoy an outdoor pool and free high speed WiFi. The property includes a bar, and parking is also available. Booked this place to attend a wedding at hunter. The beds were comfy, place was clean, shower had a shower screen (not a curtain), provided the basic amenities such as microwave, plates etc. The place is gated so no outsiders can walk in. Location is excellent - across the road to the shops, cafes etc. Recommend!

Best Western Endeavor Motel is 2789 feet from the East Maitland CBD and 1.2 mi from East Maitland Railway Station. It offers free parking on site and rooms with free WiFi access. I stayed at the Endeavour Motel for four nights in room that was clean, tidy and with a comfortable bed. Due to Covid-19 their Dining Room was closed, but they had set-up a takeaway for breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, with Room Service for Guests added. The menu and the dinner's provided were excellent being a flow-on from what was normally served in their Restaurant. I would recommend the Endeavour Motel to all travelers.
Maitland
Located in Maitland in the New South Wales region, East Maitland Executive Apartments has accommodations with free WiFi and free private parking. Very clean, great location, everything I needed and very secure.
Maitland proved to be a very unattractive town, with little in the way of character and facilities. For a visit to the Hunter Valley wineries, we’d recommend staying in the Pokolbin area, much prettier and a true reflection of a major wine growing region.
Enjoyed going back to Maitland lived there in the 1980's. Has grown. Morphett a town close by was lovely to visit lots of little shops and the most incredible antique shop. Good shopping centres if you need anything, Maitland City Club at Rutherford very good for a meal. Food very good.
Check internet for the market dates, last I searched Maitland markets showground were no more due to the sale of the land but drive past low key signage on the day and saw it was open but closing with 30min remaining. The MM was the only reason as a tourist I would visit Maitland so if it's a regular up and running event more need to be done to promote this. Cafes are good, art galleries are fun, always something unique found each trip
Maitland is a really old city and its great to walk around and just look at all the old buildings. It is also very close to the vineyards and we had a lovely lunch at one of the vineyards one day we were there. The bowling club has great food and not expensive. There are also lots of old pubs and cafes if you like that sort of thing. We had lunch at Ridgeview winery in Broke and High tea at Maddie's at Bolwarra. there are lots of little towns with great places to eat and visit just near to Maitland.
Maitland is a great place for a visit Kens kitchen is great value for very tasty chinese style and close by to pub. Was in Maitland for 3 day sporting event and everything went according to plan. A great 3 days .
Love Maitland. Such a beautiful old town. Love the old buildings and the friendly people. Ate out at the Rutherford Hotel and the Lochinvar Hotel. Both had excellent meals and friendly staff. We have friends in Maitland so it is a great opportunity to catch up!
The room was comfortable and warm. The location was excellent and there is pub food downstairs (although a little slow). The hotel's aesthetic was nice and the shared kitchen and bathrooms were sufficient. Plenty of parking in the back. Private sink.
Maitland
Home away from home. All things we needed were available. Near supermarket and Windsor Castle pub. Good for people who prefer to cook. We enjoy our stay and a trip to East Maitland. Able to communicate via text, email and phone easily.
Always a pleasure to stay here. Well appointed and value for money. Pub next door for great food or across the road for Maccas. 8 minutes from the heart of Maitland and it’s at the gateway to the Hunter vineyards.
Despite having a bit of issue locating the property at the beginning, there is also an Adams at Street in Maitland East, everything was perfect then after. Staffs were available when we have a question.
Maitland
Great place! With several families for a basketball tournament and this hotel was just perfect. Beds, room, shower, pool much better than some more fancy branded places. Thanks!
