The location is beautiful. Max.was a lovely gentleman. Having breakfast supplies was a lovely treat. It is a great place for a getaway, especially with the private pool. We will definitely be booking again in the near future

This place is straight across the road from a beautiful lake...

This place is straight across the road from a beautiful lake with parks and playground and is great for people wanting to have an extended stay, with cafes and restaurants nearby. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, super large fridge/freezer and off street parking. Plenty of room to move. Very secure premises, and everything you need is supplied both in the kitchen and bathroom. Very thoughtful hosts. “Sesames on the Lake” Thai restaurant is only 2 km away in Belmont and extremely good food.

Small but spacious, great layout, quality all round for a comfortable stay. Breakfast provisions were perfect, very thoughtfully put together. Everything needed to make use of well equiped kitchen. Beautiful outlook into the garden, peaceful and relaxing, and so close to the lake. Hosts Garry & Susie are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. During my stay most of my time was spent closer to the busier Newcastle City area which with a car was only about 20 minutes away. To come back and relax at Marks Point was worth it. Wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

The Lake has so much to investigate.Get a map of the area...

The Lake has so much to investigate.Get a map of the area and investigate. Belmont Yacht Club was unbelievable to see.Lovely beaches nearby.Caves Beach was great and many others. Blackbutt Reserve worth a visit it has great wildlife on exhibit.

Thoroughly enjoyed the location the roomy house having upstairs and downstairs the bedrooms were well outfitted with comfortable beds walk in robes plenty of coat hangers and space access from master bedroom to the morning sunny deck over looking the lake we cooked each dinner time and were out in Belmont, warners bay and Swansea at lunch times thats the beauty of a house one can cook

Great location, very private and a beautiful view.

Great location, very private and a beautiful view. Access to a jetty, kayaks, paddle boards and fishing equipment. The house was perfect, had everything you need. The fridge and pantry were stocked, didn’t really need to leave for anything. There were also little things that made it extra special like wine, chocolates, slippers, and toiletries just in case you forget yours.
