The staff went above and beyond to upgrade my uncles room to a room with a private bathroom, as he believed that I booked a room with a private bathroom but in fact I booked a room with a shared bathroom.

The proximity to the Arrivals Terminal is excellent. You emerge from Customs and the hotel is in the lobby of the airport. So convenient after a long flight, and onward flight the next day.

There's a good bar downstairs serving fresh beer, Upstairs is just great. Comfy and adequate for budget accom in Sydney. I'll be back.

Very comfortable and well-appointed room. Julie has put a lot of thought and effort into providing a lovely place to stay. It's also within reasonable walking distance to hospitals as well as a few places to eat.

Staff carried my bags up to the room. Hot water was hot. Air was fresh, with window open.

The location was perfect and close to everything. We had a layover and were able to quickly get around and see the Opera House and get to the airport for an early flight.

Great value for the price. Very clean, toiletries provided, huuuge room, good area, and the check in/check out was easy. No complaints at all
