I liked everything. It's a new stylish hotel, very clean and comfortable. It has a nice restaurant with a greenery outdoor space and the staff is very friendly. The location is perfect. You have a big mall walking by and the city center is just 20min by car. I will stay again if I return to Brisbane.

My partner and I had a super relaxing and lovely time at Dayboro Cottages. It was so great to meet the host and meet the goats, roosters, horses, and llamas! We're hoping to stay here again whenever we're in the area next, couldn't recommend it more.

The staff at the Lodge were welcoming and helpful.

The staff at the Lodge were welcoming and helpful. I had a relaxing rejuvenating facial massage at Stephanie's Spa and massage close by in the Lodge complex. There was so much to do at the Lodge that I didn't explore Mount Samson.

Stayed in Clear Mountain (Just near Mount Samson), Visited & highly recommend the Lyell Deer Sanctuary (Which is really cheap and helps rescued wildlife). Plenty of mountain bike tracks and I believe hiking tracks too. The majority of the roads there are in good condition and easy to navigate, very little public transport wise though. Mostly free places near Mount Samson that I personally recommend from my time living in Brisbane's northside: Cedar Creek Park/Swimming Holes Wivenhoe Lookout (Just past Mt Glorious) Samford Village Jollys Lookout (Mt Nebo) Kumbartcho Sanctuary (Tue-Fri 10A-2P only as of review)

Our second stay there. The plus, is the staff.

Our second stay there. The plus, is the staff. Everyone of them. Lots of maintenance issues. Gym used as a store room. Stairs at the back don't have lighting. Very dark. However, will be back as it was an enjoyable stay.

Lovely quiet bush location.

Lovely quiet bush location. Awesome views from the restaurant. View from room just to trees- although a kookaburra joined me on the balcony for my morning coffee which was lovely. Definitely relaxing bush feel. Nice hotel grounds.

Good location away from the hustle and bustle if you want to get away from it all for a set time Family friendly and staff very welcoming and friendly. Just cannot accept COVID as being the reason for no food and drinks available when the restaurant is closed - on a really hot day how can there not be vending machines or bottled water in the room? No room service at any time? Very limited restaurant availability. Pool was good and the room was clean but the lack of essentials and a long drive to get to a nearby town just dropped 2 stars off my rating

I loved the scenery it was so magical and peaceful.

I loved the scenery it was so magical and peaceful. Not a sound to be heard other Than the peaceful sounds of the birds chirping. Less than 30min from home it's a perfect place to come for the weekend for a quick getaway with lovely facilities and great food. Staff were all lovely.

The views of the mountains and lake are the most especial aspect of the hotel. Very soothing and great for relaxing the mind. The breakfast area is very panoramic, bright and light. This is also the restaurant where you can get lunch and dinner. Food was excellent. It is like being in the middle of the woods really. Room size was quite good with 2 double beds even though it was just for two of us. Adequate storage and fridge which is always a bonus.

Beautiful location with friendly staff. Easy to navigate car park. Great range of options at the breakfast buffet. Onsite pool, tennis court, restaurant and spa were handy. No need to leave hotel for anything during our short stay. Views from the ceremony gardens were stunning.
