The Tourist Hotel is a great place for meals and drinks, the accomm there looks fantastic but I didn't stay there on this trip. Yield Cafe did amazing lemon curd muffins and tarts and great coffee. RSL had a buffet bistro for $26 per head which was great value. Looking forward to coming back and checking out Mt Kaputar

Nice walk around the river.
Nice walk around the river. Not much to choose from for for evening meal. Ended up with a Domino’s pizza 🫤 Narrabri would benefit from a bypass for heavy vehicles. They were a nuisance on the roads and noisy all night.

This is a town of great facilities, and close to spectacular geology - the Sawn Rocks, and Mt. Kaputar, and the Namoi. And the Lake Narrabri and its walks and wetlands just minutes from town centre. We saw it all in 2 days, but could have done even longer walks with more time.

Narrabri has lots to offer as a traveller or tourist. Many places to visit & explore. Unique shops & food houses clubs & amenities. Indoor heated aquatic centre or the picturesque Nandewar Ranges to Mt Kaputar National Park. Yarrie Lake for water skiing or Sawn Rocks for hiking.
