We absolutely loved the small thoughtful touches to this delightful property! The linen linen was something we'd not experienced before something we still talk about. The facilities including three tea's, BBQ, different seating areas and of course the jacuzzi were an absolute delight! Thank you so much!

Beautiful location in Bayview apartment overlooking Emu Bay beach. Accommodation was spacious, up to date, well equipped, peaceful and comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and informative. We also loved seeing the birds and roos that come to drink in the garden opposite. The grounds are very beautiful gardens. Emu Bay is an ideal location to visit all parts of the island and not too far from Kingscote by car.

Location is very good, close to best restaurants in the KI. Its in the middle to Stokes Bay, Emu Bay and Vivonne Beach. We were staying in American River earlier but found this place closer to most tourist destinations. The Villa itself was clean and provided most basic things like microwave oven, toaster, utensils, refrigerator, etc, Has a separate garage for parking.

Brett was very responsive and easy to reach with questions before and during our stay. The place was clean, well stocked, and exceeded our expectations. We loved the projector/sound system and the bar area the most, but the entire apartment was perfect for a few nights. The location is great for exploring the area. We’d definitely stay here again!
