Excellent location but exceptionally quiet. Nice breakfast. Lovely staff. Room a bit spartan - one more painting might be nice - but it really is a gem of a location.

I was upset by a fire alarm at 1:30am which turned out to be a false alarm. I was very unnerved as I'd been in a large earthquake and I couldn't settle. The staff went out of their way to find us a room on a low floor. They were very understanding and we appreciated the very kind gesture. The bar staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome...

Very Clean, Cosy, very lovely staff. Kitchen was equipped, basics for breakfast. Pub downstairs with good food and affordable prices. A liquor store next to the hotel

Very close to the ferry terminal to Circular Quay. A nice restaurant close by, also a coffee shop.

Location was great, and the hotel staff were accommodating and easy to communicate with.

The bed is super comfortable and the harbor view is fantastic. The food of buffet is also great.

We were greeted well, we knew we were ahead of the 3.00pm check in time but that couldn't be helped because of our flight from BKK however, the Hotel managed to squeeze us in our room and hour earlier .... staff were so pleasant, from reception, to the restaurant to the house maids and bell boys .... great stuff ! This is our 2nd visit and we'll be back again

Fabulous location, great rooms and very nice staff

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Even though I arrived a bit late, the staff was kind enough to stay and warmly welcome me. They provided excellent service and made the check-in process smooth and easy, which I really appreciated. The location was excellent, with the Opera House just a short distance away, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Overall, I had a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and excellent service.

The location was wonderful - near the Barangaroo Station, surrounded by a park, near several cafes. Views from our room were amazing. The penthouse restaurant views were astounding - Barangaroo, Harbour Bridge, Darling Harbor I loved the pub! The historical value of Hotel Palisade was a big plus.
