Point Stuart Wilderness Lodge

Point Stuart

Located in the heart of the Mary River Wetlands, Point Stuart Wilderness Lodge offers various air-conditioned accommodations options, and wildlife and wetland tours. The pool was a lovely size and very clean. the rooms were well maintained and spotless, as were the grounds. The food at the saloon was excellent and terrific value for money, the servings were huge! For a wilderness lodge, you can see they really have tried to bring you all of the comforts needed for a wonderful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed both of our tours as well. It is a beautiful location and the Mary River is not to be missed!

Mary River Wilderness Retreat

Marrakai (Near Point Stuart)

Halfway between Kakadu National Park and Darwin, Mary River Park features 2 swimming pools and an on-site seasonal restaurant. The Camp Kitchen was perfect for what we needed. The rooms were cool with a great verandah for all the girls to sit and laugh together. The grounds were well maintained and the wildlife of birds and agile wallaby's fantastic. The frangipani's were spectacular. I loved how the trees hugged the cabins and gave shade all day over the cabins.
