We enjoyed a wonderful stay over the long weekend. The place is beautifully styled and kept. We played board games, read books, enjoyed long walks, played with our dog, gazed at the stars and no we never needed the WiFi, which is not existing anyways. :) Our son didn't even take his iPad from the car.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Windeyer, Fernando was a great host, he showed us around the farm, what we enjoyed most was the jacuzzi(spa) would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway out in the country.

A sweet comfortable cottage hosted by a wonderful couple who facilitated for our children. The cottage is very well maintained and an extremely comfortable stay. We fed the sheep and at night roasted marshmallows by the fire. We will definitely be back for our next trip to Sofala.

The location & extra amenities, games room. Would have loved to had more time at the property but we were there for a sporting event in Mudgee. So relaxing!!
