I booked on the day of arrival and was given the most beautiful room in the newly renovated part of the resort. It was impeccably clean, and the view was stunning. I decided to stay for another night and was moved to a room in the wing that hasn't been upgraded as of yet, but in all honestly, the cleanliness, facilities, and view did not disappoint. The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming in reception, housekeeping, and in the restaurant and bars. Scamander is the perfect place to stay and explore the surrounding towns and beaches. Everything is within a driveable distance, and there are many options for day trips on offer. The food menu in the restaurant is extensive, and you will find something to please every appetite. If you are a scallop lover like myself, it may pay to make a reservation and order them in advance so you are not disappointed if they sell out before you make it to dinner. The locals are friendly, and it was nice to have a conversation with a few of them as a solo traveler and hear about being born and bred in such a beautiful town. They are very proud of what they have here and should be. It's a very special part of the world.

The Surfside Beaumaris has a garden, private beach area, a terrace and restaurant in Scamander. Guests can make use of a bar. At the hotel, rooms are equipped with a balcony with a sea view.

Unique property with clean, generous amenities. Novelty to stay in a tent and have a proper bathroom, kitchen, aircon and beds. The kids loved the bunks and the cubby bed. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. Loved the fire and the closeness to the beach. The tent was thick material with lots of light, and very spacious. We loved our stay!

Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff. Our 2 bedroom apartment was well equipped. Michelle and Dean were great and very accommodating.

Me and my partner both loved this property and only wished we'd arrived a bit earlier on the day of arrival to make the most of our time there. The hosts were brilliant, with the option for animal feeding in the morning definitely worth doing. The whole house was clean and comfortable, with everything you'd need for a short stay. I would absolutely recommend this property.

This is an absolutely superb villa and you want for nothing. Modern, bright and fully equipped and with lovely views of the sea. My second visit and not disappointed.
