Great stay and we were very lucky to be upgraded to CabnX that was certainly much appreciated for the 43+ deg day when we first arrived. And then when the temperature cooled down, we could really enjoy the bath and sauna in the Cabn. Location is fantastic - lots of nature walks and so close to Seppeltsfield winery - so we could just walk across.

We absolutely loved the peaceful and secluded location. Perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the busy world. The cabin was beautifully designed, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed waking up to nature views and the calming atmosphere. It was the perfect place to celebrate my husband’s birthday and create special memories together.

This little known hotel is newly constructed/renovated. Our family room for 4 pax is modern and spotlessly clean. Good location. Price is very attractive. It's a hidden gem in Barossa Valley. They also provide discount vouchers for dining in the clubhouse, which we enjoyed. Minibar is stocked with complimentary milk, water, cookies, tea/coffee.

the owner was very welcoming. she upgraded us to the vacant suite. she offered us amazing complimentary wine when we reached. such a cute clean home. the view from the patio is to die for. the sun would set into the vineyards facing you

Location and wildlife. Loved hearing and seeing all the birds. We stayed in the Orchard Suite, which was very spacious and elegant. The bathroom was great with his and her sinks, a jetted tub, and a roomy shower with two shower heads. It felt very luxurious! Favourite spot was the outdoor pool on the beautiful grounds. Right next door was the tasting cellar of Moorooroo which was fun. Will definitely be back!

It was absolutely incredible - the cottage - more like a...

It was absolutely incredible - the cottage - more like a home that was renovated, so much room, amazing kitchen and the host Alex made sure there was wood fire, special local condiments. Couldn’t recommend this beautiful place highly enough! My favourite sitting outside on the porch watching the sunset with a wine. We will be back

It is a really nice area with wineries very close by.

It is a really nice area with wineries very close by. It is also a close drive to Nuriootpa and Tanunda where there are high streets and some nice coffee shops. It is easy to get around and had some very cute highland cows in a nearby field. We BBQ’d every night using the one provided which was amazing.

Great area of the Barossa but many restaurants are open from...

Great area of the Barossa but many restaurants are open from Wed-Sun, so plan ahead for meals. Seppeltsfield itself has lovely art and craft places, a café and fine dining restaurant. Greenock hotel is a lovely place for lunch and is nearby.

The house had absolutely everything we needed including...

The house had absolutely everything we needed including lovely breakfast supplies, delicious platter and local wine. It was a short walk through the fields to the fantastic Hentley farm winery and restaurant as well as Seppeltsfield. Tanunda and Greenock only a short drive away. The birds in the garden were another highlight. Thank you Wendy.

Where we stayed was within 500 metres of Fino restaurant...

Where we stayed was within 500 metres of Fino restaurant which meant we had a pleasant walk to and from a lovely lunch. We also had dinner in Tanunda. We recommend using Barossa Valley taxis to get around if you intend on having some wine with your meal. We really just enjoyed the quiet outdoors in the afternoon sitting outside by the little fireplace with wine and nibbles. We will be booking our next stay soon. Great for couples, or even a few couples if you were to book the ones nearby.

Travelling in October was great - the countryside was beautiful - the whole Barossa area was beautifully kept, green and picturesque. Many choices of places to eat. Visit the Tourism Centre at Tanunda for information on the area.
