it was lovely! The owners were so nice and told us so much about the surroundings- what to do. Breakfast best ever, freshly cooked and self made jams, sausages, you can choose from different options, also very good for vegetarians. Was a lot and best quality. Room was nice and very cosy. Area quiet, you can use the garden as well and a inside room with fire place. you can have dinner there if you want. nearby ( walking distance) is woolworth and an Asian cousine, in Shearwater many takeaways. Lots to do: national park, beaches, devonport, latrobe bells paradise, anvers choc factory, ulverstone planetarium, .... beds and showers perfect. no kitchchen or microwave. but kettle was great.

Sheree made our stay. We arrived early and were having a coffee while waiting for check-in. She came looking for us to let us know our room was ready as soon as it became available. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel genuinely welcome. She is a real credit to the hotel.
