This was a lovely stay! The place was clean and cosy and the view was amazing. The attention to detail was lovely and it was great cooking in a kitchen that had everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfy and there were books and games to enjoy or you could just cosy up near the fire place. This is one of the best places we've stayed in and I would highly recommend it.

Great place to stay and visit 3 nights is perfect the drive from Hobart took 6 hours with a few quick stops on the way it’s a beautiful drive so pretty road windy but spectacular scenery. The Gordon river cruise is a must book on the upper deck beautiful breakfast and seafood buffet and wine and beer included cheese platter also included such a great cruise very informative. Hogarth falls is a great short walk easy and the falls are beautiful Risby cove restaurant was great the seafood platter was amazing

Strahan is paradise on Earth. The Gordon River cruise is a must if you come, it's amazing. Don't miss The People's park, a walk through a rain forest and a waterfall at the end, just beautiful 😍

The river cruise was great.

The river cruise was great. Quiet town everything you need there. Internet connection was near on impossible between 7.30am and 11pm, we put this down to the large number of visitors to town for summer holidays.

Strahan is a picturesque quaint fishing village.

Strahan is a picturesque quaint fishing village. The highlight was definitely the Gordon River Cruise. We stayed 2 nights. We were disappointed that the road to Ocean Beach was closed, but we did find some fabulous views of the sunset over the water. There are good dining options for a variety of budgets, and the cafe across the road from the cruise terminal was a welcome addition. Its a shame that there weren't more shops to explore but those that we went into were very friendly.

We did the train trip from Queenstown ( our trip from Strahan was cancelled as repairs we being done on this line) It was a great experience,friendly staff, informative and met some lovely people too!! Highly recommended. Pub food at Hamers bar& grill.....great place to eat.A drink/eats on the balcony of Restaurant 42dgs wonderful views!!!!

The cottage had everything you needed.

The cottage had everything you needed. The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels. I did appreciate the selection of teas you left. It was lovely watching the rabbits out of our large windows. Even though the weather wasn’t good I still enjoyed my time in this cottage. Thank you

We loved our stay at The Quarters, which is located only a short drive from the town of Strahan, in a secluded and peaceful location, with onsite parking. The apartment is extremely roomy, spotlessly clean and comfortable, and beautifully furnished - with a lovely rustic feel! We particularly liked the cathedral ceiling in the upstairs bedroom, and the beautiful french doors both in the bedroom upstairs (opening onto the balcony) and the loungeroom downstairs. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Quarters to family and friends!

Kerrellie Cottages was the most authentic Tasmanian experience combined with the most incredible hospitality from the owners who live next door. We’ve never experienced such wonderful yet respectful hospitality. A once in a lifetime truly wonderful 6 nights. Just wish we lived closer to be able to make this a regular holiday destination. We highly recommend this cottage to anyone staying in Strahan. Perfectly located with IGA and chemist across the street and main township area an easy 5 min walk.

This was a dreamy and dreamlike place at the same time. Nestlled in the beautiful setting of Tasmanian wilderness, there is a beautiful garden, a big room with kitchen and everything. Also the WIFI and the shower were good. Excellent accomodation 5 Mins driving from Ocean Beach and Strahan town center. Could not be much better....
