Friendly service.
Friendly service. Excellent museums and the information people were great to deal with before and during the visit. The Temora Tours and Transport operator was so friendly and helpful

Temora is a good little town, and it looks prosperous, with cafes, interesting shops and tempting fashion stores. It is well served by two supermarkets. Temora has the widest streets I've ever seen! The Aviation Museum is a must see. I was fascinated by the historic planes, and by the taxi/tarmac between the rows of houses with their hangers at the airfield. We had a short stay this time, as we had visited only about 15 months before. There are pubs and clubs that do dinner, with a relaxing drink. Enjoy!

The ad stated all rooms were 40 sqm and pet‑friendly, but I was given Room 11, which was much smaller, oddly shaped, next to a garage, and had only a mesh window covering with no privacy. When I asked to change rooms, staff said Room 11 was the pet‑friendly room and that no other rooms were available. I firmly stated that it didn’t match the advertised description or comply with basic privacy standards. She eventually moved me to Room 9.
However, it later became clear that of the whole place, only five rooms, including mine, were occupied that night, which made me question why I was initially placed in Room 11, particularly given that my surname on the booking clearly indicates I am Asian.
In Room 9, the “large double bed” was actually two single beds pushed together. The mattresses were badly aged and extremely uncomfortable, and the gap between them felt like a long, uneven hole down the middle. I slept poorly during both nights of my stay.
To make matters worse, the square shower head was in poor condition. The joint between the top and bottom sections was partly broken, so instead of spraying downward, the water poured out through the broken gap and onto the opposite wall. I had to stand against that wall just to shower.

Manager brought us over a slice of carrot cake in the morning....this was delicious and totally unexpected

Enjoyed the rural museum at the tourist information centre,...
Enjoyed the rural museum at the tourist information centre, was impressed with the rose garden and the park, all very well maintained, enjoyed the Japanese garden, and knowing the history that went with it made added to the experience, the Temora aviation museum was excellent, and meal at the ex service club to top it off.

Warbirds Air Show is well worth attending.
Warbirds Air Show is well worth attending. Volunteers and organisers did a fantastic job, over the entire weekend. We obtained tickets in Hardings Country Club - tremendous. The flying displays were just about continuous. The commentary was remarkable. You couldn’t do much better than observe the skills of the pilots, as they flew in formation and performed manoeuvres and aerobatics in so many remarkable aircraft.

This is a terrific location. It is quiet, very clean and has well appointed facilities. The owners are friendly and committed local people who aim to make your stay the best it can be. All rooms are air conditioned which makes even the hottest day comfortable. Parking right next to your cabin is very convenient. Only a short drive to Temora, but feels like your are away from the world. Great place!!

Clean and comfortable with quick easy check in. Staff were friendly and it was close to town and reasonably priced. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if visiting Temora another time.
