For a basic room, it was very clean and with an effort being made to present well. The Xmas card and small gift was very thoughtful.

Everything :) Super lovely hosts, big spacious lovely furnished house, everything super clean and beautifully decorated. Big bathroom and showers, comfy bed. Kitchen with coffee, tea, syrup, cookies. Nice garden area for our little doggy. Very quiet, calm, lots of birdies.

The cleanliness was absolutely outstanding — everything was spotless, fresh, and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is fantastic, conveniently situated yet peaceful, the pool area is clean and well looked after, perfect for unwinding, and the surrounding green space is lovely — a great spot to sit, enjoy a cup of tea, and relax outdoors. The quality of the linen and in-room products was excellent. The bedding was crisp and comfortable, and the amenities provided were of high quality, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. Overall, a fantastic experience. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying again.

It's in a great location, just on the outskirts of Wingham. I had one of the rooms overlooking the lake and can't recommend it enough. The staff are great, and the room was super clean and tidy, as was the whole area surrounding the hotel. When we next visit Wingham we will definitely stay there again.
