Everything you would expect for a comfy night sleep. The decor was warm and inviting. Even though the temperature was 39 the day we arrived, the room was so much cooler than outside that I had the suspicion they pre cooled it just for us. I can not comment on the staff… I did not see them as they left the key in a safe place as they had to pop out for awhile. Very pleasant on the phone though. We will definitely stay there again.

The place was brilliant. My boys were so sad to leave. They catered so well to families from the location of the room, the friendly staff, the heated indoor pool and even a kids game room! The highlight was definitely the buffet breakfast that we all looked forward to daily. The beds were comfortable and the pictures of the rooms do not do their size justice. I also appreciated the teams excellent communication. All email queries were responded to so promptly! On our day of check in there had been a storm and we got a courtesy call to let us know the power was out awaiting to be fixed (thankfully all sorted by the time we arrived). Thank you Crowne Plaza team for a wonderful stay!

The reception lady was very helpful with any of our questions. The room was very modern and clean and there was plenty of parking near our unit which a plus because we were towing a trailer. My wife and I would recommend this establishment without hesitation to anyone travelling to the area.

I lived here for seven days (standard twin room). Pros.

I lived here for seven days (standard twin room). Pros. 1. Price is cheap. 2. friendly staff. Cons. 1. Although the photos on the Bookings website looked alright, the carpet and sofa in the room I stayed in were dirty with lots of stains. Additionally, the bed frame was pretty worn out. 2. The motel allows smoking in the corridors, which is quite annoying because you can smell the smoke when people are smoking outside my room. Moreover, my experience was spoiled by noisy neighbors and the sound of traffic from the nearby highway. 3. The motel is located an hour's drive away from Sydney CBD, so be cautious if you care about the distance.

We stayed in the family room which was spacious with extra room with bunk bed for kids. Room was serviced and some amenities and toiletries provided. The bed for adults was not so comfortable as too sensitive for any movement and would wake a partner. Poor noise isolation. However we found it good value for money.

They could put up a sign saying residents only or something...

They could put up a sign saying residents only or something so that people don't drive down into the wrong entry. Had to call reception to find correct driveway she told me people do that all the time.. Ok for a budget friendly stay, guess you can't do much about music blaring from next door until midnight.
