Excellent value,freindly welcoming reception guy.

Staff at Reception were very pleasant, patient, informative and professional. Appreciated that the air conditioning was switched on in our room for our arrival as it was a 41 degree day. Convenience of The Tradies Club adjacent to the accommodation for all our meals. Great location in the heart of Dickson with supermarkets, restaurants and light rail all within walking distance.

The rooms are clean, modern and well-equipped.

Unexpected and much appreciated bonus, staff handed out an activity pack for children.

Good location. Light rail station outside will take you to CBD. Clean facility. Good staff. Good parking. Student dormitory style rooms is modern and clean. Goode wifi. Bed is good.

The room and amenities were nice, staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was great. It also had a cute rooftop area and nice views of the mountains.

Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Room was beautiful and very comfortable beds. Everything in the mini bar was complimentary. Pool, sauna and gym facilities were a great touch. Parking was made easy with a super convenient location. One of the best stays I have had, will definitely be going back.

Location👌🏻- It’s near to the tourists spots like Mt. Ainslie lookout, Australia War Memorial and others Room- It’s very spacious, we got a free upgrade to King Size room with a balcony🤩 Staff- They are very friendly🫰🏻 Facility and parking- very convenient Plus, you don’t need to bring shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion they have it ready for you. By they way, they smell so goooood🙂

The property was so clean and absolutely loved everything about it, great hospitality from the reception too.

This was a very comfortable hotel. Our room had a view of the Lake through a huge floor to ceiling window which added a tranquil atmosphere. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I loved the bathroom with the spacious shower and sink area that had lots of shelving space for toiletries. The staff were friendly and it was nice to have a covered parkade so the vehicle was out of the sun. It did cost $15 per night for the parkade but you could park right beside the elevator making unloading luggage simple. I also thought the USB plug ins beside the bed were a great touch. Everyone has a phone so it is nice to make recharging simple. I would highly recommend the Mercure.
