The whole vibe is so international … so quirky and so very luxurious … the rooms are very modern and hi tech … the view is great from the room ! the lounge bar and the facilities are superb ! The staff is very accommodating as well ! Short walk to the honeysuckle waterfront and some great restaurants around the place !

The location is close to everything you want to be close to in Newcastle. A first and very positive impression is made by the very welcoming staff which then continuous in the exceptional style of the hotel, the room, the restaurant, and the rooftop bar - funky but warm, friendly, and well-balanced. Overall, the philosophy is clearly one of "above and beyond" which extends from the staff to the facilities and even to the offering of our room's minibar. Loved it, happy to visit again.

We loved this crazy little hotel! Every corner you looked there was something fabulous to catch your eye! Flamingoes int he lift, moneys in the coridoor, a reception desk that reminded be of harry potter for some reason?!? It was all just amazing. The wonderful receptionist from Sunderland (youll have to excuse me mate-totally forgotten your name) who was so welcoming and lovely was just the icing on the cake. The bar was buzzing, but when we went upstairs, the rooms were quiet and peaceful. Lucky hotel was a lucky find, and i would definitly stay there again, if i ever found myself in newcastle again.

The fact that after my daughter was sick (spewed everywhere at midnight) the staff didn't hesitate to help us into a new room which was the best room they had and the only room left amd let us stay in it for the remainder of the stay at the same price, amazing!

The unit was v quiet, despite being next to the...

The unit was v quiet, despite being next to the Interchange.It had everything that we required. Excellent bed and linen.The whole Block was well maintained and quiet.Parking was on the same level. The unit was v sunny with some harbour views. We shall certainly stay here again as once we accessed the flat, we had no need for a car.The frequent light rail at the door stop was such a bonus. It allowed access to all the city.
