From the start, he made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He personally assisted us in booking a wonderful table at Rast Restaurant, which made our evening even more special. In addition to that, Mr. Elmi took the time to show us around the hotel and inform us about the various activities and facilities available, which helped us make the most of our stay. The entire hotel staff was equally professional, friendly, and attentive. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard. The food was another highlight — a great variety of international dishes, all of which were fresh and delicious.
