A személyzet végtelenül kedves és udvarias volt. A szoba tiszta és kényelmes.A fürdőszoba is tökéletesen rendben volt, viszont a zuhanytálca alól folyamatosan folyt ki a víz zuhanyzásnál.Az ágyak kényelmesek voltak.Sajnos a szomszéd szobákban lakók nagyon hangosak voltak éjszaka, hangos beszéd, folyamatos ajtó csapkodás nehezítette a nyugodt pihenésünket, de ez nem a szálloda hibája. Külön köszönet a vízforralóért, de azért ráférne egy vízkőtelenítés.Praktikus lenne egy kicsi hűtő a szobában.
