Friendliest staff ever! Arriving to this place was like coming home. Can't wait to come back.

Property was clean, and newly renovated. The location is a bit out the way but if you have a car, it’s no issue.

The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall we had pleasant stay.

Nice and clean, good restaurant, good and friendly staff, parking,

Pet friendly. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Nice outdoor garden, grounds and patio. Excellent breakfast. Good value and location.

While we were travelling to Sarajevo, I received a phone call from the Hotel Hercegovina, where I had made a reservation, informing me that due to problems with the heating system, our reservation had been moved to the Hotel Austria & Bosna, part of the same group and of a higher category (****). An excellent stay, thanks also to the good restaurant and free parking in the garage. Superb breakfast, very varied and high-quality food. I highly recommend the Hotel Austria & Bosna.

Incredible hospitality among the staff and Sanela provided superb service when we had any requests or questions. Also the adjacent restaurant had excellent breakfast and selection of other dishes and a very hospitable staff. Easily accessible public transport, there is a bus stop right outside and tram connections 300 meters away. The entire stay at Hotel Brkic was pleasant and can definitely recommend this hotel.

I’ve read a few reviews and not sure why there have been some negative ones. We loved it here! The facilities are amazing. The gym is well equipped, pool and sauna are amazing and the relaxation chairs were so good. There was an issue with our takeaway breakfast for our early flight and they were so lovely and apologetic and made us one quickly as we were leaving. The breakfast was so good. Easy shuttle to the airport. Our room was amazing and comfortable. Overall, great stay!

I love it averting is there And staff so friendly

Beautiful location and very polite staff.

Very good value for money. Very nice atmosphere, good location near the airport and the Sarajevo Tunnel, and a large free car park for guests. Good breakfast, with a swimming pool and gym available on site. There are also shops and a hairdresser/barber on site.

I liked the position of the hotel and also that it was very clean and comfy. The food from the restaurant was perfect. Overall, it was a very nice experience and I would like very much to do it again.

Size of the room, inner pool, location

The hotel’s location is excellent. The breakfast in the morning was very good. The reception staff, especially during check-in and check-out, were extremely friendly and helpful. It’s a hotel I can recommend to anyone visiting Sarajevo.
