Wonderful little apartment with everything you need for a short stay - washing machine, single hob, cooking equipment, shower. Was able to book last minute and the hosts were really lovely. Having spent a couple of days cycling in torrential rain, they even brought me a heater to help me dry everything out.

Super nice staff at reception. Hotel located very close to town center and waterfall. This is my first time in Bosnia, the very first hotel ever in the country but I'm sure I'll be planning next visits next year.

We loved the location and the fact you could see ruins underneath a glass. Friendly Karima upgraded us to a suite which we much appreciated. I was able to stay longer in the living room reading without bothering my wife who wanted to go to bed earlier. The hotel has 3 rooms on each one of the 3 floors, so if you mind climbing stairs ask for a room on a lower floor. Karima offered us an umbrella when we got out without one. The hotel is non-smoking. Dino went above and beyond to help us. He went to the bakery to bring us potato pies so we would have more options at breakfast as we are vegans. Later he made some calls to give me information on another town. As previous reviewers mentioned the dishes we had at dinner were delicious and in very good portions.

The hotel is clean, the staff is very polite and respectful to the guests, smiling and friendly, Mrs. Aida is wonderful, smiling and kind in dealing and trying to help even without question. Even the other lady that I don’t know her name .. Thanks to everyone.. The toilets are clean and there is an extra water source :), there is a prayer room on the first floor, thanks to the management of the Plevsco Gisro Hotel
