the receptionist and all of the staff was great! the location is awesome, just 3 minutes to the mostar bridge. breakfast was nice and has a wide variety, too. ( there is no çay for turkish people:( ) in general I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

Very good location, 5 minutes walk from the Old bridge. Cozy room with comfortable bed, good air conditioner, minibar, and pretty stable wifi. Private parking is a huge plus in Mostar. Very helpful and friendly staff and nice breakfast. Highly recommended.

10/10 hospitality and staff! They all went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Perfect location to explore the best of Mostar, walking distance to all the major sights. The staff at the hotel are the best we have had on our entire trip. They are so lovely, friendly and caring. The breakfast was delicious and lots of variety, the rooms very clean, modern and large. We received a gift of cookies when departing which was a lovely surprise. The staff insisted to carry our bags up and down the stairs and even took them out to our car for us. Nothing was too much trouble!

Great location - walkable to the old town, bus/train station, and tour pick-up points. The room was huge and the staff were very friendly! I woke up early for a tour before breakfast and they made me a delicious Bosnian coffee despite the early hour.

Lovely hotel with beautiful terraces and garden. The stuff was excellent and glass of home wine was perfectly drink for good night. Parking is big, room was very clean. Breakfast was great, fresh and with full domestic food. The waiter and reception desk +5. If we go again in Mostar area we definitely go to Buna Hotel.
