I’ve read a few reviews and not sure why there have been some negative ones. We loved it here! The facilities are amazing. The gym is well equipped, pool and sauna are amazing and the relaxation chairs were so good. There was an issue with our takeaway breakfast for our early flight and they were so lovely and apologetic and made us one quickly as we were leaving. The breakfast was so good. Easy shuttle to the airport. Our room was amazing and comfortable. Overall, great stay!

Lovely chill place to stay just in few minutes drive from Sarajevo Center. Comfortable and clean amenities , large rooms and bathrooms full of light. You can enjoy and very good restaurant on the ground floor with absolutely delicious food and good beer !

I liked the location of the hotel which place in the walking distance from the center. Also, the breakfast so superb. Most importantly, the staff was so helpful and kind.

It was fantastic to stay at this hotel , closed to Main Street. Clean , very very big apartments , there is everything you need in the apartments…we stayed for our New year evening :) loved it!

The lady at the reception was super super friendly and the old male waiter in the restaurant had a great sense of humor and was so friendly- The hotel was comfortable and they even gave a bed sheet for the sofa bed which was very nice of them!

The staff was super helpful and kind from leaving the bags at arrival, check-in and the checkout. I can't remember everyone's names but thanks again to Aldin. Well located, not far from the center and tram, clean and great breakfast.

We always stay in this hotel in Sarajevo and it is really perfect.

Location is near to the downtown- like 20 mins walking, but the streets are beautiful, so you enjoy that walk a lot. The stuff is so helpful and positive. Enough space in the room for having luggage and moving around. True, its old style hotel, but for that location/money - worth it many times! If you need a fridge in the room - check with the stuff that its available inside the room before you unpack, so you dont need to change the room.

The hotel was very clean and well located. The rooms were tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with good quality and variety.

Perfect location to every destination. Very helpful staff and polite. Has a garage for guests. Very clean and comfortable. The only place we will stay from now when we visit Sarajevo! I would recommend it to everyone!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was also perfect and made our trip even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly kind, flexible and always helpful – communication was easy and quick. We felt very welcome and at home.
