L'atenció del personal molt bona tant a la recepció com al restaurant. Habitació molt neta i de bon tamany. Ubicació bona a Ildîza, allunyada del centre però ben comunicada amb el centre i l'aeroport. Hi ha un gran parc per passejar.

He estat en una suite que era nova, però mancant detalls com la barra d'armaris per penjar roba que és com no tenir armari. Des pres de reclamar-ho 4 cops he marxat 10 dies després sense solucionar res.
