Friendliest staff ever! Arriving to this place was like coming home. Can't wait to come back.

The breakfast might only have a few choices, but the best we’ve ever had at any hotel. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very kind-helpful.

Extremely pleasant and functional hotel apartment which excellently serves it's purpose of accommodating various sorts of guests. Apartment was spacious enough for 3 persons. Like a small flat, since it has living room, bedroom, quite big terrace pointed to the croosroad and spacious bathroom. It is well-equiped and definitely was so relaxing that exceeded our expectation during this 2 nights visit. We will keep coming whenever we get the chance to travel ito Sarajevo since this is the perfect option if you would like to be close to main Ilidža and other city attractions and, at the same time, if you want to avoid driving through busy streets of this capital with size you shouldn't underestimate. Public transport is close to hotel, reliable and there are many options. Everything in acomodtion was clean, modern, inteligently composed, and even with some pottery in etno elements. Very nice touch. Beds are quite comfortable, and breakfast is with more than enough options and tasty. Host Amir and the staff were very polite and hospitable. We want to say huge thank you to him and his assistants. He even hosted us personaly. and wanted to say good bye on our way out. Such details we allways respect very much. All of them were professional and willing to do their best to make our staying the best possible. Apartment has perfect and spacious parking space surraounded from 3 sides.. Neighborhood is very quiet, even though it's quite large and very close to Ilidža center and a lot of sports terrains. Especially it is peaceful during the night when the street is almost empty. Definitely, excellent value for money. For money spent you'll definitely get more than it is usual for this kind of hotel apartments. Definetly excellent choice and we do strongly recommend!

Lovely chill place to stay just in few minutes drive from Sarajevo Center. Comfortable and clean amenities , large rooms and bathrooms full of light. You can enjoy and very good restaurant on the ground floor with absolutely delicious food and good beer !

While we were travelling to Sarajevo, I received a phone call from the Hotel Hercegovina, where I had made a reservation, informing me that due to problems with the heating system, our reservation had been moved to the Hotel Austria & Bosna, part of the same group and of a higher category (****). An excellent stay, thanks also to the good restaurant and free parking in the garage. Superb breakfast, very varied and high-quality food. I highly recommend the Hotel Austria & Bosna.

Everything from chek in to the breakfast was top -notch , highly recommended for anyone who would visit the hotel The hotel exceeded all my expectations in every way , I will definitely be back . The view from my room was heartbreaking, being right in the almost forest , nature just by one word impressed me Thanks a lot

The lady at the reception was super super friendly and the old male waiter in the restaurant had a great sense of humor and was so friendly- The hotel was comfortable and they even gave a bed sheet for the sofa bed which was very nice of them!

Modern, clean and spacious rooms (we had a deluxe double). Staff were helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. A genuine 4 star hotel. A convenient tram stop out front. Would definitely recommend it to others and will stay there again when we visit Sarajevo.

It feels that even the hotel is not new it all was made with such a good quality, so it worth it. Air condition is “hidden” in the selling, it was very comfortable to sleep with it even in a small room. Very good breakfast (lots of things you can choose). Comfortable mattress (i red some reviews that mattresses are not comfortable, but no, it was totally fine). Located not in the city center but with very easy access by public transport.

Incredible hospitality among the staff and Sanela provided superb service when we had any requests or questions. Also the adjacent restaurant had excellent breakfast and selection of other dishes and a very hospitable staff. Easily accessible public transport, there is a bus stop right outside and tram connections 300 meters away. The entire stay at Hotel Brkic was pleasant and can definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Ibis Hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome right away. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s modern and cozy ambiance made it a perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

The place and parking was nice

I was received by Nadim at reception who was extremely polite and welcoming. He very kindly sorted secure parking and breakfast for me over at Hotel Austria, a five star hotel which I very much appreciated. Also I was very pleased with the room I had at Crystal - yes it could perhaps do with a repaint in places but it was clean throughout and the bed made with nice crisp white sheets and very comfortable. Also only 11 minutes drive to Sarajevo Airport so ideally placed. The hotel is situated in a very nice parkland with trees all around creating shade and coolness on very hot days, the location at night is also nice and quiet and very peaceful. I do think some of the reviews I've read about this hotel are perhaps unfair. I had a pleasant stay here and experience!! I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Hotel Crystal. Thank you again Nadim for making me feel so welcome.

Perfect place if you're searching for excellent breakfast, big room, and amazing facilities. Recommend. Definitely will come back.

Edita's friendly welcome and conversation she called me by name, which made me feel even more at home and closer to the place.It was already my favorite last year too. A large bowl of welcome cake was provided in my room. I was very touched. Overall, all the workers I met they were kind and restaurant workers were also paying attention to me. I was last year for the first time and this year for the second time, because everything is perfect there and everybody it is so warm. the small stream in front of the hotel and the small bridges make the place even more fabulous. Next year I will come back again. Thanyk you Edita and every staff.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was also perfect and made our trip even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly kind, flexible and always helpful – communication was easy and quick. We felt very welcome and at home. We would definitely love to come back and can warmly recommend this place to everyone. 🌸🙏
