La ubicació de l'hotel és excel·lent, a pocs metres del Memorial de Potočari, punt imprescindible per entendre què va passr en el setge de Srebrenica. L'hotel està dotat d'unes instal·lacions modèliques, d'unes habitacions molt grans i lluminoses. L'amabilitat del seu director, el sr. Ademovic, és extrema. A part de les atencions hospitalàries, el sr. Ademovic manté un tracte amable i proper. Es un gran conversador i la seva coneixença va enriquir l'estada. Així mateix, l'atenció de l'Esad, gestionant el restaurant i la recepció amb agilitat, extremada amabilitat i atenció, van fer de l'estada una experiència única i repetible. Espero tornar-hi aviat. Un lloc imprescindible si es vol conéixer de primera mà el va significar per aquesta població carregada de cultura centenària, la barbàrie d'una guerra genocida en el cor d'Europa. Cal anar-hi.
