ALL was fine and amazing and great value for money

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the staff very professional and friendly. The hotel also has a restaurant for which I have nothing but words of praise because the food was excellent on several occasions and also met the dietary needs of celiacs and pescetarians. I didn't have time to visit the wine bar, but I have no doubts about the quality. The hotel has everything in one place, which is extremely practical.

We had a wonderful stay at this wonderful at this wonderful hotel good customer service from the guy how check me in tne afternoon and provide me a wonderful room 837 and also in the lebanon restaurant thanks to Basel he has been so nice and very welcoming from the hostess at the door We where suprising with room service who couldnt give us wine opener and said hotel have only wine opener and is closed so he doesnt have any opener ..... This 10 stars goes to Basel and the guy at front office .. and all the staff include the house keeping..

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Hotel Sistems and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The hotel has a huge parking area, which was very convenient. Everything is spotlessly clean, modern, with extra comfy beds and feels brand new. The interior design is beautiful and gives the whole hotel a stylish, welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. A special thank you to the lady serving breakfast, who personally introduced all the dishes and even offered to prepare anything extra if we wished. That level of hospitality made us feel truly welcome. We honestly have nothing negative to say. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I loved this hotel for my one-night stay in Banja Luka. It was perfectly located halfway between the bus station and city centre, meaning walking to both was convenient. The room was clean, spacious and quiet, and although the owners don't speak too much English, they're very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice, and there's a nice little pizzeria-cafe nearby which served me well for dinner. Thanks for a great stay in Banja Luka!

Hotel is new and very well kept. Location is walking distance from major landmarks. Staff was super kind, we had a great stay!
