The staff were wonderful, very helpful for all our requests. We really appreciate the good supply of drinking water in our rooms. Great location. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and freshly prepared eggs, pancakes and dosa's. Coffee and pizzas were great from the ground floor cafe Gulshan Baking Company. Sear bar is a lovely space serving nice cocktails. We missed the jazz music, but prefer the quiet. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us, especially Munni.

this is my first time in Bangladesh but I 've got a very warm welcome from this hotel staffs I really like their complementary juice so much (and they gave us twice when check in & check out) 🤣 you can leave your luggages here after check out and they also provide us a room for rest after come back (I was like .. wow I never got anything like this from another hotels before) so happy staying 2 nights here and would like to recommend the other to stay here too ! every staffs (managers , security guards , waiters , barista) are taking a very good care to their guests , they all have a good service mind so thank you so much for all your help and kindness 😊

Great customer service. Mr Towfik and his team went above and beyond to meet all our needs and made us feel at home. The rooms have comfortable beds and fitted with necessary amenities. Excellent hospitality skills. All requests were promptly fulfilled. Staff are attentive, cheerful and friendly. Location is close to Karwan Bazar Metro station and the (large) Bashundhara city shopping mall. We will definitely stay there in future.
