One of the best stays we’ve ever had ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the very beginning, the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and always willing to help. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made the experience even more special. Everyone was consistently welcoming, in great spirits and genuinely focused on making our stay perfect. The hotel is spotlessly clean, very well located, and incredibly comfortable throughout. The swimming pool is amazing, ideal for spending a relaxing afternoon (as we did), and the restaurants are excellent, offering great quality and variety. We also requested a late checkout and had absolutely no issues. Highly recommended. A true five-star experience in every sense. A special thank you to Tuli Roy, the guest relation officer, who was absolutely brilliant with us and truly made our stay unforgettable - and for the Concierge, always there to help us too!
