Every member of the team, from the reception to the restaurants and security, displayed the highest level of service. A special mention to Ms. Orpa from Guest Experience, whose kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff at Restaurant Appayon were attentive and courteous, and the entire team at Fish N Grill provided outstanding service, making every meal a delightful experience. A special appreciation to the pastry shop staff, who knew exactly how to prepare coffee to each guest’s preference an attention to detail that truly made a difference.
