Good receiption staff very friendly and helpful.

Clean room with good equipment, modern shower and toilet, room with enough space, lift available, bars and shops nearby, reception open at any time.

Location is really close to Atomium, but does require some time to travel into the main centre. The staff are very friendly, the facilities were good.

Great staff of this hotel, wonderfully helpful and polite. Hotel near Atomium, park and public transportation stations (tram/metro Houba). Quiet neighbourhood.

Very pleasant experience right from the start. We arrived at a late hour and the hotel had a very nice smell and it felt very inviting. The personnel at the lobby was very nice and answered all of or questions. Room was nice and clean. Plenty of breakfast options (my favorite were scrambled eggs) and after a request for Gluten free and Lactose free options they were happy to provide them. We were able to leave our baggage at the hotel after checkout which was very nice and we could enjoy our stay even more which is always a plus in my book. You could use a patio at the basement floor for a chill when needed.

The hotel is super close to ING Arena and Atomium. Reachable by bus. Loved the breakfast, especially the eggs, waffles and pancakes. Staff is very nice. We will come back there soon!

An amazing hotel with very friendly staff. I was there with my 2 kids and they loved having their own little room with a big bed and large TV. Beautiful views from our 27th floor

Staff was extremely friendly and it was great to have a staff member at the reception 24/7. Room was quiet and clean. Air conditioning worked well. Unique design and visible sustainability throughout the hotel.

The location allowed us to walk towards the city centre. We appreciated the water fountain on our floor. Our room was clean and cozy and tastefully decorated.

The staff were very welcoming and had the best customer service out of the 24 countries I’ve been to.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Every day was cleaning. There were all important things on the room. The most impressive was personel:very friendly, helpful. From this reason I would give more than 10!!!

The gentlemen working in he reception on our arrival was extremly helpful taking into consideration i made a mistake on my reservations.
