Brand new hotel that was really clean. We got the room at the end of the corridor so it was slightly bigger than the other standard rooms. Rooms facing the road may experience a little bit of noise especially since it is facing a busy junction. A bit disappointed that the room did not come with a fridge or kettle. They instead have a complimentary coffee and tea station in the lobby. Parking in Antwerp is difficult, but we managed to find a parking lot (Parking Rijnkaai Scheldekaaien) about a 10 mins walk away that charges EUR6 for 24hrs of parking. Overall had a good sleep and comfortable stay.

The hotel is hidden away from the noise and provides a peaceful haven, beautifully decorated and with the most caring and serviceable staff. Peter was such a delight from beginning to end to help me prepare a birthday surprise. His recommendations were very thoughtful and his execution of everything was a masterclass. We really appreciated that he was always so happy and welcomed us with a big smile. The Ruby room was spectacular, so cosy, and the breakfast was undoubtedly the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. I wish I could give more than 10 stars.

The room was so lovely, homey, cozy, and beautiful, with plants and a comfortable bed and lovely view. The owners are kind and super responsive! I was also able to check myself in, which was really helpful as I came late on a Sunday. The area is amazing--walking distance to so many things, and the 4 tram that takes you into the heart of the city in a couple minutes. I was in the room on the fourth floor. I'd absolutely stay here again.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The service was nothing short of spectacular—thoughtful without being overbearing. Breakfast was a luxurious affair, clearly curated with care and quality, like dining at a top-tier restaurant where every plate was a piece of art. Speaking of art: the entire space felt like a living, breathing modern exhibition. Colors, textures, and design elements flowed together in a visual feast that delighted the senses at every turn. Yet, despite all the style, the ambiance was warm and welcoming—like staying in someone’s impeccably designed, high-end home where you’re treated like a VIP but given complete privacy.
