Nice service and I was very positively surprised by the jacuzzi bathtub, especially since the weather was cloudy so the opportunity to relax and warm up the body in the bubble bathtub was great relaxing

The hotel is in a nice location. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable. We got the room on the highest floor, so the view from the window was great. It was a peaceful and quiet stay with all the basic necessities for an affordable price. Bonus points- after checking out the staff let us leave our bigger backpacks at the hotel until the evening, so we did not have to carry them around all day.

Bed was comfy, shower had great water pressure. The tv had netflix, youtube, and disney plus installed. Staff were very kind and helped us with anything we needed.

The flat was in excellent condition, clean, and served with good facilities. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything like kitchenware, towels, cleaning kit and many other things.

The room was spacious with a separate sitting area and tastefully decorated (large, comfortable bed, large TV) with a pleasant panorama outside the window.

Very cozy and comfortable mood there. The older gentleman who was working in the restaurant (I think his name was mike?) was amazing. So professional and warm.

The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were pleasant. helpful and competent. We did use the spa but it looked good. Was also nice to make your own fresh waffles for breakfast.

Great location, very close to metro line that will take you all around the city, or you can walk as well. Good amenities, and decent sized rooms.

The hotel looks much better than in the pictures, which is a rarity, I also loved the fact that the room didn't have a carpet but beautiful wooden floors and the furniture (which was also in great shape) in the combination with big windows, beautiful flooring and many options of dimmed lighting really created a cosy feeling in the room.

The reception staff gave a tour of the hotel and the history behind the recent renovations. We have been there before 20 years previously. We love the new design's keeping in themes of the character of the building whole having a modern touch.
