The location was awesome, it felt like exiting the forest and entering the beach directly. The food was great and tasty. The rooms were clean and smelled fantastic. The pool was always clean and the temperature was never to low. The beach was close enough to walk to and the road was allways a pleasure to take. The alcohol tasted premium. The evenings and nighttimes were quiet.

I liked to stay with my family because location on hotel was on very strategies place.Close to Atliman beach and city centre only few minutes walking around from hotel.Sow many attractions for kids and cheap restaurants around.Also very friendly and helpful staff.Recomended for families.Thank you all again

The hotel is superb. It's located near the south beach, there are no noisy restaurants around. Daily cleaning of the room with regular change of towels and sheets. The view is amazing, food is delicious and more than enough. There is parking spot, but there is no elevator (not a problem for us) 🙂. Staff is very friendly and smiling.

The hotel is brand new. The opening was just on 9th June 2022. The hotel territory is massive and just needs a bit of time for grass growing. The hotel has spacious rooms, a nice restaurant, a very good size swimming pool and a kids pool as a play area. The food was very tasty, a lot of vegetables, a big variety of sweets. The drinks as wine, beer and spirits were really good. The staff are perfect, mainly Ukrainian ladies. We loved them for their kindness and attention. The bar guys were also perfect. The hotel was very clean. The hotel is in a perfect location, a lot of greenery around, just 5 min walk to the sandy beach, the small shops are just 5 min walk. The area is quiet all day, just in the evening there is a very loud club with Bulgarian singers and noise lasts 9pm to 11pm, so if you are an early sleeper don't ask for the room with a pool view. The small let down was that some things were missing as hooks for the towels in a bathroom, no iron and already some door locks were broken in a ladies toilet. Also would be lovely to have porridge and cold milk for breakfast. All in all we loved our holidays. If any time back to Bulgaria, we would choose this hotel. We would like to thank all the staff for the hard job and wish this hotel to prosper.

Great family run hotel. All the staff was great and friendly it made us feel like at home and part of the family. The hotel is very nice and clean. Great location, very near to the town and to the beach. We will be definitely coming back again.

We had a great vaccation in hotel Kamenec, everything was exaptional. On our check-in to the hotel's reception we asked if we could change the room without the balcony that we reserved over Booking, for the one with balcony, and recepcionist Mrs.Miroslava Kucheva was so fantastic and really helpful to give us a new room at no extra charge, which made our stay even more confortable. She also gave us a free parking lot. In general, all the hotel staff is great, kind, smiling and friendly and will helpful. The food in the hotel is above expectations, many types of dishes were served throughout the day and they were prepared deliciously. The hotel pool is well maintained, every morning there is an aquabic in the water for those who want morning exercise. The hotel is on the beach and there is a paved path to the beach. The beach is also above expectations, clean, the sand is yellowish and fine and the entrance to the water is sandy and pleasant which is really great because you won't hurt your feet on the rocks. The sea is clean and wonderful for swimming. Umbrella and 2 beds cost 21 levs (10 euros). There are bars on the beach offering drinks and food. Kiten is a small place with many shops, restaurants and bars that come to life in the summer season and offer a variety of facilities for summer vacations. We liked it a lot, we had a great vacation here and we plan to come back again next year.

I loved the size of the apartment. The bed was super king size and very comfy. The room was cleaned daily and we had fresh towels every day. Breakfast was of good variety and the staff worked hard to top everything up. The location couldn't be better - straight on the beach and close to a mini market and many restaurants. I booked trough booking and a had a few questions prior arrival. I was surprised how quickly I got answers. Thank you for one unforgettable holiday Princess Residence 😊
